How to practise it

  • Listen first: the site plays it while the score scrolls.
  • Wait mode: the score waits for you at every note, at your own pace.
  • Tempo challenge: play in time, with a score and a map of the bars you got right.
  • The secret of leaps: leave early and fast, arrive above the key ahead of time, then play. The journey is quick, the attack is calm. Practise with your eyes on whichever hand leaps further; the other hand plays “blind”. Relaxed arms and shoulders: the motion is an arc, not a straight line.
