How to practise it
- Listen first: the site plays it while the score scrolls.
- Wait mode: the score waits for you at every note, at your own pace.
- Tempo challenge: play in time, with a score and a map of the bars you got right.
- Count four big beats of three eighths: 12/8 gives the triplet sway of a slow blues for free. A♭ → A with the same finger: that is the typical blues “cry”. Left hand: 5 stays on the root, alternate 2 (fifth) and 1 (sixth) without lifting the hand. Play everything softly, with a crescendo in the third line.
