The Irish air “The Maids of Mourne Shore”, to which W. B. Yeats’s poem (1889) is sung; a tender tune in D major. An easy arrangement in D major: the right hand plays the tune, the left hand holds open fifths (root and fifth of each chord).

How to practise it
