Ode to Joy

Ludwig van Beethoven · Level 1 (Novice) · Classical · Guitar, sheet music and tablature

The Ninth Symphony theme on the two top strings in C major: E, F, G on string 1, C and D on string 2.

How to practise it

Listen first: the site plays it while the score scrolls.
Wait mode: the score waits for you at every note, at your own pace.
Tempo challenge: play in time, with a score and a map of the bars you got right.
Alternate index and middle (i-m): never play two notes in a row with the same finger. Watch the dotted rhythm in bars 4 and 8.
