How to practise it

• Practise the bass alone (thumb), then the melody alone (i-m, or a with rest strokes) before combining the two voices; the melody must sing on top. Settle all fingerings first (both hands), then raise the tempo step by step. It climbs high up the neck (beyond the 7th fret): the tab shows the lowest position, so adapt the fingering.
